EULA

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

The END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Lupus Consulting Zrt. (hereinafter referred to as LUPUS) for the Atlassian no-charge Add-on (hereinafter referred to as Software).

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

This EULA is to be read in conjunction with "Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use" available at http://www.atlassian.com/licensing/marketplace/termsofuse . In case of any conflict between the terms of this License and Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use, the former shall prevail.

License

The Software is licensed, not sold. Upon acceptance by you, the LUPUS grants you a limited term, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-modifiable, non-sublicensable license to use or access the Software. Your use of the Software is subject to any additional terms specified by us and is only permitted during your current Atlassian Subscription Term. The Software may only be used for your internal business purposes.

Ownership and Reservation of Rights

All rights of any kind, which are not expressly granted by the present EULA, are entirely and exclusively reserved by LUPUS. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. You shall not acquire any rights of ownership in the Software here under.

Disclaimer of warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. LUPUS disclaims and makes no express or implied warranties and specifically disclaims the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of third-party rights. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software is with you. LUPUS shall not warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. LUPUS is not obligated to provide any updates to the Software.

Limitation of Liability.

In no event LUPUS shall be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental, direct, indirect special and consequential damages, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if LUPUS has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or any claim by a third party.

Governing Law

The Parties agree that any legal dispute or interpretation issue that may arise shall be governed by the Hungarian law.
